THIS CULTURE CONTAINS DEFINED HOMOFERMENTATIVE MESOPHILIC STRAINS SELECTED TO OBTAIN A WELL-DEFINED ACTIVITY ON A GIVEN ACIDIFICATION TIME. DOM CULTURES DO NOT PRODUCE CO2. CSL DOM IS AVAILABLE IN 5 AND 15 DOSES: - 5 DOSES (1250 - 2875 LITERS OF MILK). - 15 DOSES (3750 TO 8,625 LITERS OF MILK).

THE FREEZE-DRIED CULTURES ARE PACKED IN THREE-LAYER THICK POUCHES (POLYETHYLENE-ALUMINUM-POLYESTER). THE PACKAGING MATERIAL USED IS FOOD GRADE. DOM CULTURES ARE HALAAL AND KOSHER CERTIFIED.

CULTURES SHOULD BE PREFERABLY STORED AT -18 °C OR BELOW IN A FREEZER, NOT IN A REFRIGERATOR. UNDER THESE CONDITIONS AND IN THE ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGE, THE SHELF-LIFE OF

THE PRODUCT IS 18 MONTHS FROM THE PRODUCTION DATE. AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
