A STABILISER USED FOR THICKENING AND STABILISING PROPERTIES TO PROMOTE CONSISTENCY, TEXTURE AND STABILITY.

APPLICATION: DRINKING, SET AND SNACK YOGHURT / SAUCES, SOUPS, GRAVIES, DRESSINGS / BAKED GOODS / PROCESSED CHEESE AND SAUCES.

PERFORMS BETTER UNDER HEAT AND SHEAR CONDITIONS WHICH IS CRUCIAL FOR FROZEN AND REHEATED PRODUCTS.

DOSAGE (ALWAYS RELATED TO VISCOSITY DESIRED IN PRODUCT AND TOTAL SOLIDS OF BASE USED):
- YOGHURT: 2.0-2.5 % (M/M)
- DRINKING YOGHURT: 0.5-1.0 % (M/M)
- STIRRED SNACK: 3.0-3.5 % (M/M)
- DRINKING SNACK: 1.7-2.2 % (M/M)

- SKIM MILK: AROUND 2 %
- FULL CREAM MILK: AROUND 1.7 TO 1.8 %
- SAUCES: START WITH 1 % AND 
  INCREASE

SHELF-LIFE: UP TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PRODUCTION. ONCE OPENED, RESEAL CONTAINERS SECURELY.

STORAGE: COOL (BELOW 25 °C), DRY CONDITIONS, AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

MUST BE DRY BLENDED WITH OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS BEFORE ADDING TO LIQUID.
