A SUPERIOR COAGULANT WITH HIGH PURITY, CONSISTENT QUALITY AND STABLE ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY. ENSURES MAXIMUM MILK COAGULATION (SEPARATING MILK INTO SOLID CURDS AND LIQUID WHEY) AND CHEESE YIELD IN ALL VARIETIES OF CHEESE.
