RED WAX CHEESE COATING
PARADIP CHEESE WAXES ARE BLENDS OF FORMULATED LINEAR AND BRANCHED HYDROCARBON WAXES. SOME OF THE FORMULAS CONTAIN SMALL AMOUNTS OF POLYMERS, PIGMENTS OR DYES (BLACK / RED / NATURAL / GREEN).
WAXES ARE NORMALLY APPLIED AT TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 75 - 130 ºC. THESE TEMPERATURES DEPEND ON THE TYPE OF WAX, TYPE OF CHEESE, DESIRED COATING WEIGHT, ETC. APPLICATION CAN BY DONE BY DIPPING OR BRUSHING. THE WAX COOLS AND SETS QUICKLY GIVING A SMOOTH COATING.
SPECIALISED COATING USED TO PRESERVE CHEESE BY PROTECTING FROM MOISTURE, AIR AND CONTAMINANTS. HELPS PREVENT DEVELOPING UNWANTED MOULD OR ABSORBING EXERNAL FLAVOURS. HELPS PREVENT CHEESE FROM GETTING TO SOFT OR LOSING IT'S TEXTURE. PROTECTS CHEESE FROM DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT.
USED WITH CHEESES LIKE CHEDDAR, GOUDA AND EDAM.

SHELF-LIFE: IF STORED AS INSTRUCTED, ± 24 MONTHS.
STORAGE: STORE AND TRANSPORT UNDER DRY CONDITIONS, BELOW 30 ºC. AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
