LYOFAST Y 082 D CONSIST OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS AND LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII SSP. BULGARICUS WITH NO EPS PRODUCTION. THIS CULTURE ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF TRADITIONALLY TASTING, AROMATIC YOGHURT WITH FAST AND STRONG ACIDIFICATION. MAINLY USED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SET YOGHURT AND DRINKING YOGHURT. MIGHT ALSO BE USED TO PRODUCE FRESH CHEESE, SOFT CHEESE, AND HARD CHEESE.
