PVD FOOD GRADE SALT DERIVED FROM SEAWATER. THE CRYSTALS MAY BE COATED WITH A SUITABLE FREE-FLOWING AGENT TO RETARD MOISTURE ABSORBTION. TRANSLUCENT TO OPAQUE WHITE IN COLOUR. ANTI-CAKING AGENTS MAY BE ADDED.
USED IN CHEESE PRODUCTION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
