PROTECTIVE CULTURE AGAINST YEAST AND MOULD
FERM LPRA CONSIST OF LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS AND LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM, BOTH STRAINS PRODUCING BACTERIOCINS AND MINERAL SALTS. THIS IS A PROTECTIVE CULTURE INHIBITING UNWANTED BACTERIA, YEASTS AND MOULDS THEREBY EXTENDING SHELF-LIFE.
MAY BE APPLIED IN GENERIC PROBIOTIC PRODUCTS SUCH AS FERMENTED MILK PRODUCTS, I.E:
- DAIRY: CHEESE AND YOGHURT,
- MEAT: FERMENTED MEATS LIKE SALAMI,
- BEVERAGES: KOMBUCHA OR KEFIR,
- PLANT-BASED FERMENTED FOODS: SOY AND PLANT-BASED DAIRY ALTERNATIVES,
- BAKERY: SOME BREADS AND BAKED GOODS.

SHELF-LIFE: CHARACTERISTICS STAY UNCHANGED 3 MONTHS. IF STORED AS INSTRUCTED - 6 MONTHS.
