LYOFAST MS 058 ET CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP. LACTIS, LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP. LACTIS BIOVAR DIACETYLACTIS, LEUCONOSTOC SPP. AND STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS. THIS CULTURE ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF FERMENTED MILK (LIKE DAHI) WITH FIRM SET AND AROMATIC FLAVOUR AND LOW POST-ACIDIFICATION.
MIGHT BE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF FRESH, SOFT CHEESE AND SEMI-HARD CHEESE.

- SEMI-HARD CHEESE: 1.0 -2.5 UC
- FERMENTED MILK MESOPHILIC - 1.0 - 2.0 UC

SHELF-LIFE: UP TO 18 MONTHS FROM PRODUCTION DATE.
STORAGE: AT -17 °C OR BELOW IN THE FREEZER, NOT IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
