LYOFAST MOT 092 EE CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP, BULGARICUS AND LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUEKKI SSP, BULGARICUS AND LACTOBICULLIS HELVETICUS. THIS CULTURE ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF SOFT CHEESE, SEMI-HARD CHEESE AND HARD CHEESE.


RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

- 10 UC: 1 000 TO 2 000 L OF MILK.

SHELF-LIFE: 18 MONTHS FROM PRODUCTION DATE.

STORAGE: CULTURES SHOULD BE PREFERABLY STORED AT -18 ˚C OR BELOW IN THE FREEZER, NOT IN THE REFRIGERATOR. AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
