LYOFAST LA 3 CONSISTS OF A SELECTED STRAIN OF LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS, THAT MAY BE APPLIED AS A NON-STARTER CULTURE IN FERMENTED MILK PRODUCTS OR IN THE PRODUCTION OF CHEESE PRODUCTS. CULTURE MUST BE USED ALL AT ONCE. THE ENTIRE CULTURE IS ADDED DIRECTLY INTO THE MILK AND IT IS ENSURED THE CULTURE IS WELL DISPERSED BY GENTLE STIRRING.
