- SEMI-HARD / FRESH CHEESE = 0.2 - 0.4 D
- SOFT CHEESE / SOUR CREAM = 0.1 - 0.4 D
- HARD CHEESE = 0.3 - 0.5 D
- COTTAGE CHEESE = 0.2 - 2.0

STORAGE: AT -18 °C OR BELOW IN A FREEZER, NOT IN A REFRIGERATOR. STORE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
