PROFILES: SWEET AND ACIDIC.

CAN ADD FRUIT PULP (± 500 - 700 G TO ± 5 L MIXTURE). CONTAINS SUGAR.
RATIO: 1.5 KG POWDER + 3.5 KG WATER.
METHOD: WHISK REQUIRED AMOUNT OF POWDER WITH WATER, UNTIL COMPLETELY DISPERSED. LEAVE FOR 2 HRS IN FRIDGE. MIX 9 - 18 G FLAVOUR COMPOUND (SUGAR FREE) WITH ± 100 ML BOILED, COOLED WATER. WHISK AGAIN VIGOROUSLY BEFORE POURING INTO MACHINE. YIELDS 4.8 - 5.5 KG LIQUID MIX. CREAMIER YOGHURT, REPLACE 50 % WATER WITH FULL CREAM MILK. PREMIUM YOGHURT, REPLACE 100 % WATER WITH FULL CREAM MILK.
