LYOFAST MS 064 CM (A STARTER CULTURE) CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP. LACTIS; STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS; LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP. LACTIS BIOVAR DIACETYLACTIS. IT HAS A SLOW CITRATE FERMENTATION AND PRODUCE FLAVOUR AND CO2. IT ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF FRESH CHEESE, SOFT CHEESE AND SEMI-HARD CHEESE.

AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
