LYOFAST BGP 93 IS A FREEZE-DRIED DIRECT INOCULATION CULTURE CONTAINING A SELECTED STRAIN OF LACTOBACILLUS CASEI. THIS CULTURE IS NORMALLY USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS SUCH AS FERMENTED MILK AND CHEESE.
CONTENT OF POUCH IS INTENTED FOR A SINGLE USE.
