VISCOGEL IS USED AS A THICKENING AGENT, STABILIZER AND EMULSIFIER.
A STARCH-BASED STABILISER. A FOOD GRADE CHEMICALLY MODIFIED MAIZE STARCH. USED FOR THICKENING AND STABILISING PROPERTIES TO PROMOTE CONSISTENCY, TEXTURE AND STABILITY.
APPLICATION: YOGHURTS, PROCESSED CHEESE, SAUCES, DESSERTS AND FILLING CREAMS.

- YOGHURT: 2.0-2.5 % (M/M)
- DRINKING YOGHURT: 0.5-1.0 % (M/M)
- STIRRED SNACK: 3.0-3.5 % (M/M)
- DRINKING SNACK: 1.7-2.2 % (M/M)
- SKIM MILK: AROUND 2 %
- FULL CREAM MILK: AROUND 1.7 TO 1.8 %
- SAUCES: START WITH 1 % AND INCREASE
ALLERGEN: MAY CONTAIN COW'S MILK.

SHELF-LIFE: 18 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PRODUCTION. ONCE OPENED, RESEAL CONTAINERS SECURELY.
STORAGE: COOL (BELOW 25 °C), DRY CONDITIONS, AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
MUST BE DRY BLENDED WITH OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS BEFORE ADDING TO LIQUID.
