LYOFAST MS 064 CS CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP. BULGARICUS, LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII SSP. BULGARICUS, AND LACTOBACILLUS HELVETICUS. IT ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF FRESH CHEESE, SOFT CHEESE, AND SEMI-HARD CHEESE. HAS CITRATE FERMENTATION.

SHELF-LIFE: 18 MONTHS FROM THE PRODUCTION, IF STORED AS INSTRUCTED. STORAGE: -17 °C OR BELOW IN THE FREEZER, NOT IN THE REFRIGERATOR. AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
