LYOFAST MS 064 CS CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS SSP, BULGARICUS AND LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUEKKI SSP, BULGARICUS AND LACTOBICULLIS HELVETICUS. IT ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF FRESH CHEESE, SOFT CHEESE AND SEMI-HARD CHEESE. THE FREEZE-DRIED CULTURES ARE PACKED IN THREE-LAYER THICK POUCHES (POLYETHYLENE-ALUMINUM-POLYESTER).
