LYOFAST LR 92 CONTAINS A SELECTED PROBIOTIC STRAIN OF LACTOBACILLUS REUTERI. THIS IS A NON-STARTER PROBIOTIC CULTURE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS SUCH AS FERMENTED MILK AND CHEESE. CAN ALSO BE USED IN PLANT-BASED (SOY, ETC) FERMENTED PRODUCTS.
THIS CULTURE CAN ALSO BE CONSUMED IN A DRY POWDER FORMAT - SPRINKLED OVER PORRIDGE, YOGHURT EVEN MILK TO TRY AND ALIIGN THE GUT WITH PROBIOTIC BACTERIA CELLS THAT WILL HELP REBUILD ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE GUT IF KEFIR CAN'T BE MANUFACTURED.
