A TOTAL AEROBIC PLATE IS A TYPE OF AGAR PLATE USED FOR THE TOTAL AEROBIC MICROBIAL COUNT (TAMC). A MICROBIOLOGICAL METHOD USED TO ASSESS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VIABLE AEROBIC MICROORGANISMS (BACTERIA, YEAST AND MOLDS) PRESENT.
