LYOFAST Y 380 F CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLY SELECTED STRAINS OF STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS AND LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII SSP. BULGARICUS BOTH PRODUCING EPS. LYOFAST Y 380 F CAN ALSO BE USED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MAGEU AND STIRRED, SET AND DRINKING YOGHURT AND NO POST-ACIDIFICATION. ENSURES A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF TRADITIONAL, AROMATIC, VISCOUS YOGHURT.
THE CULTURE DOES NOT CONTAIN ANIMAL-BASED PRODUCTS AND IS THEREFORE ALSO SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVES TO YOGHURT BASED ON EG. SOY, OATS OR COCONUT.

STORAGE: PREFERABLY AT -17 °C OR BELOW IN THE FREEZER, NOT IN THE REFRIGERATOR. AFTER THE SEALED PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE REMAINING CULTURE SHOULD BE STORED IN STERILE BOTTLES PACKED IN CLOSED CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER.
