YAB 450 AB CONSISTS OF SPECIFICALLLY SELECTED STRAINS OF STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS PRODUCING EPS, LACTOBACILLUS DELBRUECKII SSP. BULGARICUS ADDED THE PROBIOTIC STRAINS LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS AND BIFIDOBACTERIUM ANIMALIS SSP LACTIS TO ENSURE A UNIFORM AND CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF YOGHURT.
CULTURE SHOULD BE SPRINKLED DIRECTLY INTO PROCESS MILK UNDER ASEPTIC CONDITIONS ENSURING IT IS WELL DISPERSED BY GENTLE STIRRING. DURING THE FERMENTATION PROCESS, SUGARS ARE CONVERTED INTO LACTIC ACID, WHICH GIVES YOGHURT THE CHARACTERISTIC TANG AND THICK TEXTURE. SPECIFIC STRAINS IN THIS CULTURE IS BENEFICIAL FOR GUT HEALTH.
