A PROTECTIVE CULTURE AGAINST YEAST AND MOULD (DAIRY PRODUCTS)
LYOFAST LR 4 PD CONSISTS OF 2 SELECTED STRAINS LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS.
IT'S A PROTECTIVE CULTURE INHIBITING YEASTS AND MOULDS DEVELOPMENT. THIS PRODUCT IS PART OF THE RANGE THAT HELPS TO CONTROL AND PRESERVE THE FINAL PRODUCT FROM ALTERATION, FIGHTING IN A COMPLETELY NATURAL WAY ANY UNDESIRABLE MICROORGANISMS. USED BY DIRECT INOCULATION OR SURFACE TREATMENT, THUS, AS A NON-STARTER CULTURE LACTIC ACID BACTERIA. DEVELOPS A WEAK ACIDITY AND AROMA FROM SLOW CITRATE FERMENTATION. THE CULTURE HAS NO IMPACT ON pH DEVELOPMENT.
APPLICATIONS: FRESH CHEESE / SOFT CHEESE / SEMI-HARD CHEESE / HARD CHEESE / FERMENTED MILK / YOGHURT (LONG AND SHORT SET).
THIS CULTURE CAN ALSO BE CONSUMED IN A DRY POWDER FORMAT - SPRINKLED OVER PORRIDGE, YOGHURT EVEN MILK TO TRY AND ALIIGN THE GUT WITH PROBIOTIC BACTERIA CELLS THAT WILL HELP REBUILD ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE GUT IF PRODUCT CAN'T BE MANUFACTURED.

- 5 D INOCULATES 500 L OF MILK
- 10 D INOCULATES 1000 L OF MILK
- 50 D INOCULATIONS 5000 L OF MILK
